Refund policy

All Novira clothing is made to order and produced specifically when you place your order. We work with a trusted production and fulfilment partner to manufacture and ship your items.

Your Right to Cancel
As a customer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Our 30-day return window gives you additional time beyond this, but it does not reduce your statutory rights.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, please email support@noviraonline.com with your order number and reason for return.

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to resell returned items. We ask that you check sizing information carefully before placing your order. This does not affect your right to return.

Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the cost of the return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. If you paid for standard delivery, that cost will also be refunded for eligible returns. If you selected a premium delivery option, only the equivalent standard delivery cost will be refunded.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@noviraonline.com with your order number and a photograph where possible. We will offer an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or full refund, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
